You need JavaScript enabled to view it RATES / VALIDITY / INCLUSION / EXCLUSION All rates are quoted net to Travel Agents in U.S. Dollars at current rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are valid until October 31, 2007. All HOLA TRAVEL tours include: 1. Airfare in economy class according to the itinerary. 2. Domestic airport taxes. 3. Hotel accommodation. 4. All sightseeing as detailed in the programs including entrance fees, air-conditioned cars/vans/coasters and the services of English or French speaking local guides. Others speaking guides are available at additional cost and are also subject to availability. All listed price exclude: 1. Personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, souvenirs. 2. International airfares and international airport tax. 3. Visa fess. Note: Group size should ideally not exceed 25 persons (maximum bus capacity in Siem Reap, Angkor Wat). CHILD POLICY For children between 2 to 12 years old, the following price policy applies: - Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package - Child no bed 30% discount on total package - Child in twin 10% discount on total package - Local Tours 50% discount For infant between 0 to 2 years old, the following policy applies: 1. No extra bed, no meals, no entrance fees. All services are free, except air ticket (90% discount ) RESERVATION FEES If only hotel and/or domestic flights reservations are required, US$ 35 reservation fee per booking will be charged PAYMENT Full prepayment by bank remittance or bank draft must be received at least three weeks before commencement of services. The hotels generally have a 21 days notice of cancellation policy. PROGRAM CHANGES The following tours are available with daily departures. Depending on the actual flights used the schedules of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap sightseeing tours may sometimes have to be adjusted. Although Hola Travel Cambodia offers a selection of accommodations at various hotels, there is limited room capacity in Siem Reap. If the requested accommodations are unavailable, alternative accommodations may be substituted. Alternative accommodations can in some cases be at substandard hotels, which may lack similar amenities. No refunds can be made for shortcomings related to accommodations in Siem Reap. LIABILITY Hola Travel Cambodia acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Hola Travel Cambodia is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions. |
